BUSINESS AS USUAL

Following the announcement that England will be going into a third national lockdown from Tuesday 5th January, we want to inform you that we are currently classed as an essential business and as a result, we will remain open and operational during this time.

Customers (with face coverings) are welcome to shop in-branch, however we are restricting the amount of people in our yards/shops, therefore you may be asked to wait outside until a bay is free. Hygiene and distancing arrangements have been put in place and we kindly ask that you keep to the guidelines for all our safety.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES AND CONTACTLESS CALL & COLLECT

We would like to remind all customers that our branches are open Monday – Saturday.

We are offering contactless deliveries and a contactless call & collect service (allocated time slot and dedicated collection area). Please do not turn up to our branches without an allocated time slot as you will not be allowed on site and you will not be served.

To make an order/get a quote, please call or email your local branch but bear in mind we are still operating on skeleton staff, therefore things are taking a little longer than normal.

Once again, we would like to thank you for your co-operation at this unusual time.

SKELETON STAFF

Please bear with us whilst we answer calls and reply to emails as we are working with skeleton staff to ensure social distancing restrictions can be obtained at all times.

Unfortunately, we do not have any stock of plaster as there is a market shortage. We will update you if and when we get stock.

Thank you for co-operating with us in this unprecedented time.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all of our branches and stop all contactless deliveries from Tuesday 31st March at 5:00 PM. We will not be taking any new orders with immediate effect. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we look forward to welcoming you back into our branches as soon as possible.

We would like to give special thanks to our customers, suppliers and employees, without whom we would not have been able to provide the service we have provided in the past few weeks.

We will continue to keep you updated via email, social media and online.

Tuesday 24th March 2020

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES

In light of the new Government guidelines announced by our Prime Minister last night (23rd March), we will be closing all trade counters across PGR however, we will still be offering contactless deliveries from all branches.

Please do not visit our branches, you will not be allowed on site. If you are awaiting a delivery, please be mindful of our drivers and comply with the current guidelines of keeping 2m distance.

As you are aware, the COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly, we will keep you updated when anything changes.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SANITATION PROCEDURES

Social distancing guidelines have been issued by the Government in order to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

As a result, we have put new measures in place in our branches to help maintain this.

This involves both our staff and customer keeping 2m apart and minimising contact between individuals.

Please work with us and help achieve this.

Although it may take us slightly longer to serve you, it is in order that we do so with the highest sanitation levels possible and with the least amount of direct contact.

Ultimately, we will continue to provide our high levels of service to you with some adjustments in the way we carry it out.

Please bear with us whilst we are experiencing a higher demand than usual on both collection and delivery orders. We are working as fast and as safely as we can to complete your orders at this uncertain time.

OPEN AS USUAL

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been well publicised in the news with the Government and NHS promoting guidelines to help limit the spread of the virus.

We would like to assure our customers that it is very much business as usual.

Extra measures have been put in place around the branches and all staff are implementing increased sanitation procedures.

As a company, we are following the guidelines of the Government and NHS and we will continue to adapt to them if they change.

We value Health & Safety alongside your business and we will continue to hold both as a priority during this difficult time.
