Its adjustable telescopic design accommodates between 5 to 7 courses of brick (375mm-525mm), making it adaptable to a wide range of construction needs.

Compatible with cavity widths from 50mm to 150mm or more, the unit is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. Constructed from durable, injection-moulded polypropylene, the 1201XL+ is resistant to decay and built for longevity in challenging environments. When installed without an airbrick, it delivers a free airflow area of 8000mm2. Paired with the 1201AB airbrick, it provides an effective airflow area of 6500mm2, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC standards.

Proper spacing of no more than 2m between vents is recommended to facilitate cross-flow ventilation and prevent stagnant air pockets. The vent is designed for straightforward installation, with optional horizontal and vertical extension sleeves for flexibility in unique applications. It fits cavity walls with external leaves of 100-102.5mm and aligns with the ground-level DPC to ensure effective moisture management.
