    What We Need To Get Started
    Your contact details we can use to liase with to receive your final estimate and follow up to buy your materials. A description of your project and where it is, this is very helpful in speeding up the process and getting your project start as fast as possible.

    1. Construction Plans

    Please provide existing and proposed construction plans, including measurements and all relevant information. This will allow us to proceed with the highest level of detail.  If we do not receive these documents, we will follow up with a request to obtain them.

    2. Structural Calculations

    This will allow us to tailor your estimate to accurately meet your project’s needs. Whether it's selecting the correct steel beams for your extension or other structural elements, these details will be included in the Structural Engineer’s calculations.

    3. Specifications

    If you’ve already received material specifications for your project, please include them with your submission.  Providing this information upfront will save you time by allowing us to accurately select the required materials and quantities.  Let us handle the details for you.
