Millboard is the only hand moulded timber alternative available. Each board begins its journey with real timber, creating moulds that ensures the finished product can easily replicate the character of original wood, without the natural drawbacks.
Where even the highest quality hardwood can warp, fade and quickly lose its original appeal, Millboard is crafted using a composite, designed for outdoor conditions. Made from Lastane®, the textured top surface creates a resilient, low maintenance layer, designed to resist algae and prevent slipping, even in wet conditions.
Beneath this durable top layer lies a wood-free polymer resin core, reinforced with fibre for extra strength and durability, which means that it won’t expand or contract, warp or rot, like timber or composites made using wood. And because Millboard is made in Britain using innovative techniques, it is eco-friendly too.
Whatever your style, Millboards range of designs and finishes, from beautifully aged to ultra-contemporary, invites you to create your perfect outdoor space, Millboard is the perfect choice for every type of space: big and small, residential and commercial.
As well as peace of mind of low maintenance flooring, its unique design also means that Millboard can be quicker and simpler to install than timber, with no pre-drilling or special tools needed – simply cut it like wood.

Millboard Enhanced Grain
Moulded from planed timber for a textured slip resistant look and feel, our Enhanced Grain collection’s contemporary design accurately recreates the subtle nuances of natural wood.
Millboard Weathered Oak
Beautifully aged yet utterly timeless, our handcrafted Weathered Oak collection is moulded from 100-year-old reclaimed weathered oak timber, creating a distinctive worn look – without the wait.
Our Bullnose Board makes creating rounded edges easy, with all the benefits associated with our composite decking systems. The new 150mm Bullnose Board is quicker to install and fits more firmly onto the sub-frame given the increased fixing area. The new board looks better as well – a more balanced appearance across an overall decking area. At 150mm wide, compared to the standard 176mm width boards, it creates an identifiable ‘edging-look’ to the perimeter, especially with the distinctive bullnose edge.
It is available in our Enhanced Grain finish only but all colours are available.
