Delivery
Welcome to PGR Timber's delivery information page. We pride ourselves on offering prompt and reliable delivery services through our own fleet of lorries and vans. Our goal is to ensure your materials reach you swiftly and securely.
Delivery Zones and Lead Times
To provide the most efficient service, we divide our delivery areas into six zones, each with a specific lead time, minimum order requirement and delivery charge.
Zone 1, covering postcodes in very close proximity to our branches, offers same-day delivery, requires no minimum order and incurs a delivery charge of £15 for guests and £6.00 for PRO members.
Zone 2, for slightly more distant postcodes, provides next-day delivery, requires a minimum order of £150 and attracts a delivery charge of £15 for guests and £6.00 for PRO members.
Zone 3 delivers within two working days, requires a minimum order of £300 and costs £50 for both guests and PRO members.
Zone 4 delivers within three working days, requires a minimum order of £500 and costs £50 for both guests and PRO members.
Zone 5 delivers within four working days, requires a minimum order of £1,500 and incurs a delivery charge of £100 for both guests and PRO members.
Zone 6 also delivers within four working days, requires a minimum order of £2,500 and carries a delivery charge of £100 for both guests and PRO members.
All lead times are calculated based on a cut-off time of 12:00 pm and are also dependent on branch capacity. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next working day in accordance with your zone’s specified lead time. During exceptionally busy periods—such as public holidays or peak trading seasons—we may occasionally need to extend lead times for a short duration, but we work tirelessly to minimise any delays and return to our standard service as quickly as possible.

We charge £15+vat for all deliveries, unless your a your are a PGRpro which offers delivery at £6+vat. Sign up today!
My postcode is not within your delivery zones, can you still deliver?
Should none of our branches offer online delivery in your area, please contact us, as we may be able to discuss alternative options with you.
What type of vehicle will my order be delivered on?
Our deliveries will be fulfilled by our own fleet, which could include lorries with HIAB cranes or drop side vans. If you have any specific access requirements or instructions, please discuss these with the delivering branch upon placing your order. Occasionally, your delivery may be fulfilled by one of our suppliers directly.
Which branches offer click & collect?
All PGR branches offer click & collect, subject to product availability.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Once you place your order, we will quickly get your order ready for you within as little as 15 minutes! Once your order has been prepared, we will send you a text message to confirm collection.
Can I place a collection and delivery in one order?
Yes, you can split your basket at the checkout or on the product pages. We will take payment for the whole order including any delivery fees.
Do I need to bring anything?
You will need to bring your order confirmation email that states your items are ready to be collected as well as a form of ID that matches the name on the order. Driver's licence, passport and debit/credit card are all accepted forms of ID.
