Welcome to PGR Timber's delivery information page. We pride ourselves on offering prompt and reliable delivery services through our own fleet of lorries and vans. Our goal is to ensure your materials reach you swiftly and securely.
Delivery Zones and Lead Times
To provide you with the most efficient service, we have divided our delivery areas into zones, each with specific lead times. Zone 1 is made up of postcodes which are in a very close proximity to our branches and therefore can offer a same day delivery if we have the stock available at your local branch. Same day delivery if ordered before 12 PM and 1 working day after 12 PM. Zone 2 Is made up of postcodes which are a little further from our branches so we accommodate this with a slightly longer lead time. Next-day delivery if ordered before 12 PM and 2 working days after 12 PM.

Delivery Cost
We offer a £15 delivery service on all orders regardless of the order size across all of our zones. However, if you become a PGRpro member you will benefit from a discounted delivery of £6.

Need your materials sooner? Why not try our fast Click & Collect service from your closest branch.
Experience the convenience of our super fast Click & Collect service at PGR Timber. We understand that time is of the essence, which is why we offer collection within just 5 minutes for all stocked items. Simply place your order online, and your selected branch will notify you as soon as your items are ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before traveling to collect your order to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. Whether you’re in the middle of a project or planning ahead, our Click & Collect service is designed to get you the materials you need quickly and hassle-free. What branches offer delivery?
All of our branches are fully equipped with their own fleet of lorries ready to serve you.
How much is delivery?
We charge £15+vat for all deliveries, unless your a your are a PGRpro which offers delivery at £6+vat. Sign up today!
My postcode within your delivery zones, can you still deliver?
Should none of our branches offer online delivery in your area, please contact us, as we may be able to discuss alternative options with you.
What type of vehicle will my order be delivered on?
Our deliveries will be fulfilled by our own fleet, which could include lorries with HIAB cranes or drop side vans. If you have any specific access requirements or instructions, please discuss these with the delivering branch upon placing your order. Occasionally, your delivery may be fulfilled by one of our suppliers directly.

Click & Collect FAQs
What branches offer click & collect?
All PGR branches offer click & collect, subject to product availability.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Once you place your order, we will quickly get your order ready for you within as little as 15 minutes! Once your order has been prepared, we will send you a text message to confirm collection.
Can I place a collection and delivery in one order?
Yes, you can split your basket at the checkout or on the product pages. We will take payment for the whole order including any delivery fees.
Do I need to bring anything?
You will need to bring your order confirmation email that states your items are ready to be collected as well as a form of ID that matches the name on the order. Driver's licence, passport and debit/credit card are all accepted forms of ID.
