Description

This Reinforced Universal Secure Strip (RUSS) is designed for use with the ClassicBond system, providing a reliable solution to prevent the membrane from pulling away from the roof perimeter.

Over time, non-reinforced EPDM membranes can be susceptible to shrinkage. The ClassicBond PS RUSS controls membrane movement, ensuring a secure fit at the perimeter of the roof and around upstand details. This reinforced strip is pre-applied with adhesive on one edge and can be installed either horizontally or vertically using Seam Fastening Plates beneath the EPDM membrane for enhanced securement.

Reinforced for exceptional durability, it resists the membrane pulling away and ensures a secure, long-lasting seal. Designed specifically for use with the ClassicBond system, it must be installed with ClassicBond EPDM Primer and secured using the appropriate fasteners for the substrate.
