Description

This durable PVCu movement joint is designed to strengthen and protect structural joints in large rendering projects, ensuring a seamless, professional finish. Ideal for use on external wall insulation systems, timber frame constructions, or as a day joint to divide rendered sections, it offers excellent strength while accommodating natural building movement. The flexible plastic membrane creates a watertight seal, while the chemical bond between the flexible and rigid parts ensures long-term durability without separation.

Unlike steel alternatives, PVCu beads will not corrode, stain, or add unnecessary costs, and their lightweight design reduces installation time and the risk of impact damage. Easy to cut to length using standard tools, they can be fixed in place with a continuous line of adhesive mortar for blockwork or with render on other substrates. Non-corrosive fixings may also be used when required, making this a versatile, cost-effective, and weather-resistant solution for rendering applications in all environments. View less
