Description
These Slatted Cladding Panels can be installed horizontally or vertically and are suitable for domestic and commercial applications, or to create a statement wall in an outdoor living space. Featuring a four-slat castellation, each Slatted Wall Cladding Panel provides 200mm coverage when lapped, which gives more scope than the average Slatted Board available in the market.
This long-lasting and low-maintenance solution to cladding the outside of a home can be installed both horizontally and vertically for a contemporary and interchangeable finish. The Capped Composite Slatted Panels also add increased weather, water, and UV protection, and there is no need to varnish, paint, or seal, unlike timber slatted cladding. The hollow core structure of the Capped Composite Panels increases strength and longevity while providing a lightweight product that is easy to handle and fit compared to traditional timber or Solid Composite Cladding.
To install, it is recommended to use a sturdy supporting batten system with at least a 30mm gap between the wall and a continuous 15mm gap between the top and bottom of the frame system to allow for sufficient airflow and prevent any water build-up. Cladco Composite Battens or Timber Battens can be used as a support for the Slatted Cladding installation, as per the installation guide. View less
