Description

These cured, pre-moulded EPDM flashings are designed for fast and secure sealing of pipes, providing a reliable and watertight solution for roofing applications. With a pre-applied seam tape at the base, installation is quick and straightforward, ensuring a strong bond to the membrane.

Available in two sizes, small for pipes 12.5mm - 75mm in diameter and large for pipes 25mm - 150mm in diameter, these pipe seals feature a ribbed collar for accurate cutting to the required pipe size.

Each seal includes a stainless steel clamping ring for additional security, preventing water ingress and ensuring long-term durability. For best results, these pipe seals must be used with ClassicBond EPDM Primer. View less
