Description

Heidelberg Materials (previously known as Hanson) Drive Repair Asphalt is a high-quality, easy-to-use cold lay solution ideal for temporary repairs on domestic driveways, footpaths, and light-use side roads.

Supplied in a durable 25kg weatherproof plastic bag, it is ready to use straight from the pack. Simply pour into the pothole, rake to the desired thickness—slightly proud to allow for compaction-and tamp down using a tamper or plate compactor. Wetting the tamper helps prevent sticking for a smoother finish.

Formulated with 6mm graded aggregate and washed sand conforming to BS EN 13139, this asphalt delivers consistent performance and is easy to work with. Each bag covers approximately 0.4m² at 30mm depth. For repairs deeper than 30mm, apply in layers, compacting each stage before adding the next.

Not suitable for heavily trafficked or high-stress areas, but ideal for quick, effective pothole repairs where durability and convenience are key.
