Heidelberg Materials (previously known as Hanson) Hydrated Lime is a reliable, high-purity lime ideal for use in cement, sand, and lime mortars, offering excellent workability and water retention for plastering, rendering, and bricklaying applications.

Produced from calcining high-calcium limestone under carefully controlled conditions, this non-hydraulic lime conforms to BS EN 459-1 CL 90-S standards, ensuring consistent quality for both restoration and new build projects.

Its fine powder texture makes it easy to mix and apply, while also enhancing the plasticity and durability of mortars. In addition to construction, it is also suitable for a variety of industrial uses including soil stabilisation, water and sewage treatment, and as a soil acidity regulator in agriculture and horticulture.
