Description

The Monarfloor Bridgestop Kit is an advanced acoustic isolation solution designed to enhance performance in separating floors and walls within residential and multi-rise developments.

This system isolates both masonry leaves from one another, effectively preventing an acoustic bridge from forming should mortar collect at the cavity base. By reducing acoustic flanking and improving damping, it ensures a quieter, more comfortable environment between dwellings.

The Bridgestop Kit also permits the use of a continuous concrete slab between homes or units, delivering significant cost savings and greater design flexibility. It can additionally serve as an isolator for steel structures where a party or flanking wall will be constructed.

Each Bridgestop Kit includes 1 roll of Bridgestop SBS-modified bitumen membrane (8m x 500mm x 3mm), 2 rolls of LRAC Bridgestop quilt (8m x 300mm x 10mm), and 40 Bridgestop ties. The kit is quick and easy to install, making it a vital component for achieving superior acoustic insulation in modern construction. View less
