Description

Tufftop Utility is a high-quality, free-flowing paving jointing mortar suitable for natural stone, porcelain, concrete, and clay paving. Designed for convenient use, each sachet mixes easily with 1 litre of water, producing a smooth mortar that fills joints as narrow as 4 mm. tufftop Utility is polymer- and resin-free, preventing shrinkage and surface issues. Its tub is reusable and made with 50% post-consumer and 50% post-industrial recycled materials.

Ideal for driveways, paths, and patios, tufftop Utility's easy application and precise packaging minimise waste. With a 2-year storage life under dry conditions, the product achieves a compressive strength of 25 MPa after 28 days, a flexural strength of 3.5 MPa, and 0.15% shrinkage. It has a 30-minute working time at 20 Celcius and sets fully within 24 hours.

This mortar meets BS 7533-101:2021 standards, and coverage varies by paving size and joint width, from 27 m2 for 4 mm joints on 600 x 1200 x 20 mm pavers to 3 m2 for 10 mm joints on 600 x 600 x 50 mm pavers. View less
